Information we collect
A request can include your name, work email, company, product, target channel, three selling points, public reference URLs, schedule, budget range, rights status, and project details you choose to provide.
How we use it
We use the information to assess fit, confirm source material and rights, respond, scope production, deliver agreed work, and maintain a business record of the inquiry or engagement.
Lead storage and notification
The form is revalidated by this site's server and delivered to the AgentKick leads system backed by Neon. When configured, an administrative notification is sent through AgentKick's email provider. Notification failure does not replace lead storage.
Analytics boundary
Names, email addresses, companies, product URLs, reference URLs, selling points, request references, and free-text brief content are not sent to analytics. Analytics is limited to approved UTM fields and non-personal page, market, package, service, CTA, mode, sample, and error dimensions.
Project material and public work
Customer material is not published as portfolio work without separate, traceable public-use permission. Draft, candidate, quality-only, withdrawn, or wrong-market media packages do not appear publicly.
Retention and requests
Lead and engagement records are retained for the business relationship and a reasonable period afterward. Request access, correction, or deletion at hello@agentkick.io; legal retention obligations may still apply.
