Video production terms

Payment and start date
The payment milestone is confirmed with the order. A delivery window does not begin until required payment, material, claim, and rights checks are complete.
One consolidated revision
Each standard package includes One consolidated revision round at the agreed review point. A new script direction, reversed approved concept, added version, or added channel is a scope change.
Customer materials and rights
You confirm that you can provide the product, brand, people, voice, and source materials. Submitting material does not grant public portfolio rights; public use requires separate traceable approval.
AI-assisted content
A project may include AI-generated or materially AI-edited visual, voice, or support assets. The agreed delivery records the actual use, rights status, and required disclosure.
No performance warranty
We deliver video creative and finished files. We do not guarantee views, leads, ROAS, ranking, or sales, and the standard packages do not include publishing, account operation, or media buying.
Confidentiality and data
Project material is handled for evaluation, production, review, and delivery. Do not submit passwords, credentials, trade secrets that are unnecessary for evaluation, or unrelated personal data through the public form.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, total liability related to a service is limited to the amount paid for that service. Indirect, incidental, or consequential losses are excluded from the standard service.
